Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sedro Woolley, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; religious / funeral development; and water / sewer project.

Remove existing fencing and cement pads, install cement concrete sidewalks, install storm sewer pipe, remove gravel, grade existing gravel, install owner-provided gate, install masonry columns, install sod, install plantings, and install grass seed. Proposals shall include mobilization and demobilization, labor, equipment and materials, sales tax, freight, all licenses, permits, fees etc. not otherwise specifically mentioned to safely complete the job. Materials and Construction provided for this project will be per City of Sedro-Woolley Public Works Department Standards and the current edition of the Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction. Bidders must be registered contractors at the time of bid submittal, have a current state Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number, have industrial insurance coverage, have an Employment Security Department number, have a state Excise Tax Registration number, and not have been disqualified from bidding. Bidders shall have received training on public works and prevailing wage requirements and must register or maintain registration on MRSC Rosters prior to bid solicitation. Successful bidders must have or obtain a Sedro-Woolley business license prior to any payment and be current with all licenses, taxes, and fees owed to the City of Sedro-Woolley. Interested contractors must submit a Bid Proposal Form, Supplemental Bidder Responsibility Criteria with references, and a Certification of Compliance with Wage Payment Statutes, utilizing the forms provided. Basis for selection will consist of comparison of bid proposals and a review of qualifications and references. The City reserves the right to accept the proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, to reject any or all bids, revise or cancel the work to be performed, or do the work otherwise if it is in the best interest of the City. Engineers’ estimates range for this project is $100,000 to $200,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
