The work consists of providing maintenance and as-needed services for backup generators for a 12-month period starting March 1, 2026, and ending February 28, 2027. Services include quarterly preventative maintenance scheduled for May, November, and February, as well as annual maintenance scheduled for August. Detailed maintenance reports must be left at the Wastewater Treatment Plant after each service. Bidders are to submit lump sum bids for: (1) annual and quarterly preventative maintenance for fourteen backup generator sets, and (2) annual preventative maintenance for one portable backup generator set, as detailed in the referenced agreement and attachment. Additionally, there is a unit-priced schedule for as-needed repairs and services, based on an 8-hour sample project, with tasks assigned by Task Order. Scheduled repairs are to be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with required response times of within 1 hour during normal working hours and within 2 hours after-hours, on weekends, or holidays. Materials used for as-needed work will be billed at actual cost plus a 15% markup, with invoices for materials required to support each bill.
