The City of Sedro-Woolley is soliciting bids for the restoration and repair of chain link fencing at two city properties—Riverfront Park and Sedro-Woolley Live Fire Training Site—damaged during the Skagit River flood events of December 2025. Work includes supplying and installing approximately 1,340 linear feet of fencing of various sizes to pre-flood condition, with fencing consisting of a minimum schedule 20-pipe and 11-gauge galvanized fence fabric. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials required, and the per foot or lump sum price should include everything necessary to complete the work. Schedule B includes miscellaneous chain link fencing repairs on an hourly basis, with materials billed at cost plus a 15% markup. All work must comply with City of Sedro-Woolley Public Works Department Standards and the Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction. Bidders must meet specified responsibility criteria and register on MRSC Rosters prior to bid solicitation. Proposals must include a Bid Proposal Form, a Statement of Bidder’s Qualifications with references, and a Certification of Compliance with Wage Payment Statutes using the provided forms. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals in the best interest of the City."
