Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Housing Authority of the City of Vancouver (VHA) is announcing / issuing this Invitation to Bid with the intention of awarding a contract for Roofing Removal and Replacement Services, in accordance with RCW 39.26. A Contract may be awarded to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible bidder. This project is financed through the Community Development Block Grant Program with funds obtained from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contract will be subject to regulations of the Departments of Labor and Housing and Urban Development. Questions/Clarifications: April 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM (PT) Bid Questions:Bryan Ruth procurement@vhausa.com Tear off and replacement of existing roofing shingle and existing membrane. Tear off and replacement of existing flashing. Tear off and replacement of any rotten sheathing (provide as per unit cost) Tear off and replacement of any rotten fascia (provide as per L.F. unit cost) Tear off and replacement of existing gutters. (Existing downspouts to remain / to be replaced with new downspouts at a later date.) Tear off and replace existing ventilation caps, replace with new and reconnect all ventilation ducting. Tear off and replace existing roof anchors, replace with new roof anchors. Vendors to also anticipate lite carpentry work around gable end of the porte-cochere per architectural details provided in drawing set.
