Description

Site work for a religious / funeral development in Woodruff, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.

Survey cemetery parcel to define and mark roads, sections, rows, and individual plots. Markers must consist of aluminum or stainless steel (metal detectable), minimum 3 to 4 inches in diameter. Work to be initiated as soon as weather permits spring 2026, to be completed within 30 days of initiation date, or as agreed upon by the Town and Bidder. Site inspection is required for bid acceptance. Bid packets are available upon request, which include a copy of the updated parcel survey completed in 2025. All bids shall be sealed and marked: 2026 CEMETERY PROJECT. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Woodruff Town Office, can be mailed to P.O. Box 560, Woodruff, WI 54568, hand-delivered to the office, or placed in the secure drop box outside the town hall lobby, 1418 1st Ave., Woodruff.
