Construction services including, but not limited to, all necessary labor, material, equipment, tools, services, and facilities necessary to complete a new office and warehouse buildings project at 155 Bardin Road, Salinas, CA. The project must be completed per DSA Approved Plans and Specifications. The full scope is further detailed in the General Notes on the drawings. Liquidated damages for late completion are assessed at $500 per day. Pre-qualification requirements: MEP Subcontractors must be prequalified through the District prior to submitting a bid. Applications must be submitted 10 days prior to the bid date and be qualified 5 days prior to the bid. The project is subject to Prevailing Wage and Skilled and Trained Workforce requirements.
