The project is expected to be awarded on May 13,2026.** The Alisal Union School District is seeking sealed bids for the construction of roof repairs at the Alisal Community School Multi-Purpose and Family Resource Center as outlined in the contract documents, including drawings and specifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest base bid. All labor must be paid at least the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations. Public works contractor registration is required for all projects over $25,000, and contractor registration numbers must be included for subcontractors performing more than 0.5% of the total bid. The deadline for Completion is July 31, 2026. Bids must be sealed, filed at the specified location, and include a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least 10% of the base bid. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required; non-attendees will be disqualified. The winning bidder must provide a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond, both for 100% of the Contract Sum. Contractors must hold a valid Class "C-39" license at the time of award and maintain it in good standing through contract completion and warranty periods.
