The project involves the construction of two temporary relocatable classrooms and one restroom building at Bardin Elementary School for the Alisal Union School District. Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications, may be obtained electronically from the designated architect. Bidders must submit sealed bids for the base bid amount. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and compliance monitoring by the Department of Industrial Relations. For projects over $25,000, all contractors and subcontractors must be registered and qualified under the applicable California Labor Code. The public works contractor registration number must be provided for subcontractors performing more than 0.5% of the total bid.
