Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
As of June 25, 2026, project is awarded to JWM Enterprises LLC but no amount available. The work consists of widening the existing road - with most vegetation / timber already cleared in late 2025, the replacement of several culverts, installation of new culverts, conversion of select existing culverts into a geo-web ford crossings, placement of gravel with fabric lining and the installation of silt fencing adjacent to the existing stream (about 1 mile in length on one side).
