The work includes procurement and erection of a premanufactured building, demolition and repair of a portion of the existing concrete slab for new plumbing, electrical work, installation of three new refrigerant fan coil HVAC units with an outdoor condenser, installation of one heat recovery unit with an electric duct heater, new plumbing for a kitchen sink, electric water heater, and open fixture waste. Fire protection will be modified for the new space. Electrical work includes installation of a new electrical panel fed from an existing switchboard to serve the new breakroom office space and mechanical equipment. The building fire alarm system will be extended to cover the new space. Telecommunication work will provide network infrastructure to support the new office space and conference room.
