The Work of the following Agreements shall Provide, but not be limited to, all labor, materials, tools, equipment, plant, supplies, shop drawings, layout, transportation, supervision, contributions, insurance compliance with all agencies (Town, County, State and Federal as may be required), and shall cover all other items necessary for the performance of Coordinated and Individual Scopes of Work as shown detailed and/or implied by the following documents and as defined herein. This Multiple Contract Summary Scope of Work is intended to supplement the Contract Specifications and drawings and must be used in coordination with these documents to fully understand the complete Scope of Work. Requirements given in one area thus are applicable to all. This Multiple Contract Summary Scope of Work does not generally repeat scope requirements given in the Contract Documents but clarifies and coordinates the work. Work in the Documents repeated here is for specific coordination purposes. All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on 06/30/2026. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract The Owner, the Salamanca City Central School District, will receive separate sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the High School Auditorium Alterations. Bids shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: Contract Number and Type Contract CONTRACT 4.1 (STC): STEEL PRIME CONTRACTOR CONTRACT 4.1 (RC): RIGGING PRIME CONTRACTOR: As bid security, each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to Owner, in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS. The Owner may, at his discretion, may waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does this represent that he will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality which, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid before forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof, unless a mistake due to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
