Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mattawa, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and 14-unit multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of Grant County requests sealed bids for a 15 unit project (7 duplexes, 1 office building) in Mattawa, WA, involving the complete removal and replacement of roof systems including shingles, felt, ice shield, drip edge, and the addition of RVO's. All bids over $150,000 must include a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond or certified cashier's check made payable to the Housing Authority of Grant County in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The project is subject to State Prevailing Wage Rates. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project name. No facsimiles or emails will be accepted. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor irregularities. Minority, Women, Small owned, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
