The Santa Fe Irrigation District is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of performing construction management and inspection services for the La Granada Pipeline Replacement & PRS Elimination Project (J-2501). The proposal must follow the requirements and procedures described, including submission of all minimum information, and may result in a Consulting Services Agreement contract. Proposals must be submitted electronically with the specified subject line to the indicated project manager by the stated deadline. Clarification requests about the RFP must be submitted in writing by the designated deadline and will not be accepted by telephone. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is available for interested consultants. The work generally consists of replacing approximately 7,300 feet of 4-inch and 6-inch asbestos cement (ACP) water main with 4-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch PVC pipe along Avenida Maravillas, La Granada, Sobre Los Cerros, San Elijo Avenue, and a private drive off Paseo Delicias. It also includes the removal of two aging pressure reducing stations (PRS 360-2 and PRS 360-3), which currently reduce pressure from the 520 Zone to the 360 Zone. The project will also consolidate the 360 pressure zone into the 520 zone, improving operational efficiency and fire flow performance.
