All questions and requests for interpretation concerning this bid shall be addressed through online If indicated, bid submission shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the City of Atlantic City. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a bond of a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey, in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price. The bidder whose bid is accepted shall furnish to the City, a performance bond and labor and material payment bond, or a combination performance and labor and material payment bond, and at the completion of the work, a two (2) year maintenance bond, each in the amount of 100% of the final contract price, with such sureties as shall be approved by the City and as detailed and described below.
