Sealed bids are invited for furnishing the items or services described as the Coconino County Health and Human Services Building Chiller Replacement Project. The award will be given to the bidder whose bid best conforms to the invitation and is most advantageous to Coconino County, considering price, conformity to specifications, quality, uniformity of product, and past performance. All suppliers must scan and attach a copy of the 10% bid bond as part of their response. The awarded vendor is required to submit the 100% Payment and Performance bond within seven days after the award. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required for any firm wishing to submit a bid.
