The Village is seeking to hire a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to completely replace the siding at Well 6, located at 310 Council Trail, Lake in the Hills, 60156 This project is included in the Village's 2026 budget; the Village plans to award a contract in April 2026. The contractor hired for this project must complete the project no later than April 30, 2026, and will completely perform the contract in strict accordance with its terms and conditions. If not completed, the contractor shall be subject to $200.00 a day in liquidated damages for every day past April 30th.
