Renovation of a fire / police facility in Greenport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Thank you for expressing interest in submitting a proposal for construction management services as the owner's representative. The Greenport Fire District in Columbia County NY will be commencing construction of an approximately 3600 square foot fire station building to house fire apparatus in April 2026 with an anticipated project final date of completion in February 2027. The project has been designed by C.T. Male Associates from Latham, New York, and contracts are signed with all contractors awarded bids for the project. Bast Hatfield Construction, LLC has the prime general construction contract. Proposals are being requested for Owner's Representative Construction Manager Services for the Becraft Fire Station #2 building project in the Town of Greenport. The building construction phase of the project is anticipated to begin April 2026, with Construction Manager Services beginning immediately. Proposals from interested bidders will be received via email or postal mail delivery to the Greenport Board of Fire Commission until Saturday, April 18, 2026. Project information and specifications for services to be performed are available by contacting the Greenport Board of Fire Commission Secretary. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Greenport Fire District.
