Renovation of a parking garage in Elmira, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

The work includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Structural repair and architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection improvements to the Centertown Parking Garage, a seven-level concrete structure. Sealed bids are requested for Centertown Parking Garage Improvements, Phase 2. Each bid must include a deposit of five percent (5%) of the total gross sum bid, submitted in the form of a bid bond. Cash will not be accepted as a deposit. Bid documents must be obtained from the Empire State Purchasing Group to ensure receipt of any addenda. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope entitled with the project name. The Purchasing Department will not accept faxed or electronic bids. Special attention is drawn to equal employment opportunity requirements, and bidders are encouraged to support D-W-MBE participation. A certification regarding equal employment opportunity must be submitted with the bid, and a Statement of Compliance with Section 3, Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, is mandatory. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
