Renovation of a medical facility in Martinez, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 200,000-square-foot, six-story above grade, 164-bed medical facility.
The project is for upgrading the Nurse Call System at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center, a 6-story, approximately 200,000 square foot, 164-bed hospital. The existing nurse call system, designed in 1997, is reaching the end of its life expectancy. The new nurse call system must provide comprehensive service for patients and hospital staff, meet the latest standards and code requirements, and allow for future flexibility and integration. Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Design-Builders are requested for the project.
