Work includes replacing approximately 275 linear feet of sanitary sewer main located on 4th Ave SE between 3rd Street SE and 4th Street SE. This includes installation of all required temporary erosion and sedimentation control measures, temporary sewer and stormwater bypass pumping, provision of temporary power as necessary, construction of a 24-inch PVC gravity sewer main and one manhole, connections to existing pipes and manholes, temporary trench dewatering, removal and disposal of the existing 24-inch concrete gravity sewer, construction of 6-inch PVC gravity side sewer services and cleanouts with connections to existing side sewers, construction of a 12-inch ductile iron storm sewer main, one manhole, and one catch basin with connections to existing pipes and manholes. Work also includes demolition and site restoration, including HMA patching, grind and overlay, pavement markings, removal of existing pipes and structures, landscaping, plant restoration, sidewalks, curb and gutters, and driveways.
