Vendor will provide all parts, labor, equipment, material, and supervision to perform preventative maintenance on the Reverse Osmosis-Deionizing System in Sterile Processing at the specified VAMC. Tasks include monthly preventive maintenance procedures such as checking system flow, chemistry, and pressure, maintaining the anti-scalant pump and solution tank, updating information tags, and replacing specific filter cartridges. Quarterly tasks include replacing DI Regeneration Certificates. Annual tasks include replacing absolute endotoxin filter cartridges, ultraviolet unit bulbs, Peracidin Disinfectant Concentrate, and providing residual chlorine and renal check test strips. The contractor shall support and resolve all RODI system issues to maintain passing test results required by the VA Sterile Processing Department, providing prompt triage for mechanical issues, and notifying VA personnel if issues fall outside contract scope.
