Renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work consists of construction services for replacement of roofing systems on multiple buildings at a VA medical center campus, including Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 31, as identified in Project 668-24-103. The scope includes removal and replacement of existing roofing systems with new built-up roofing, single ply membrane roofing, elastomeric roofing, and assumed TPO roofing membrane systems. Some buildings will also require installation of new metal coping and fall protection systems. Work will be performed in accordance with the draft Statement of Work, draft 35 percent Schematic Design Specifications, and Hazmat Survey Reports. The drawings referenced in the Statement of Work are not currently available. The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
