I-20-4720 Elgin O'Hare (I-490) Roadway & Bridge Construction from Supreme Dr. to I-90, MP 3.9 to MP 6.3. Pursuant to CPO Notice 2023.12, State agencies shall only accept electronic submissions for competitive solicitations. Paper responses will not be accepted. See the attachment titled cpo-notice-2023.12 electronic-submission and attached Volume I for required documents. The location of the services to be performed for this contract is the Elgin O'Hare Western Access Tollway (I-490) between Mile Post 3.9 and Mile Post 6.3 in DuPage County and Cook County, Illinois.. The work under this contract includes earthwork, grading construction, haul road construction and maintenance, protection of aviation operation equipment and utilities, mainline and ramp pavement construction, bridge construction, retaining wall construction, building demolition, drainage, erosion and sediment control measures, landscaping, fencing, lighting, traffic signals, Intelligent Transportation Services (ITS) infrastructure, Toll Plaza facilities, overhead sign truss foundations, maintenance of traffic and other miscellaneous work.
