**As of April 21, 2026, the owner has awarded the project to Earthtec Engineering, but the awarded amount is not yet available.** DFCM Construction - VBS Special Inspection Services - Ogden Weber Technical College - Pathway Building The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting services from DFCM Approved Special Inspection Firms to conduct Special Inspections and Testing services for the construction of the new Pathway Building at Ogden Weber Technical College. The building will feature flexible classroom space, study rooms, consolidated student services, a testing center, new campus store, and a campus grill, all designed to enhance the educational experience for prospective and current students. All special inspections contractors, material testing labs, and special inspectors must be listed on the DFCM Approved Special Inspection Firms, Material Testing Labs, & Special Inspectors list, whether operating for a DFCM Prequalified Code Inspection Firm or independently.
