Sealed bids are being accepted from qualified contractors for the demolition of buildings located at 1781 Gibson Avenue, Ogden, UT. All work must adhere to current industry standards and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Bidders are responsible for securing any and all addenda issued. Bidders must be licensed contractors who meet all City insurance and applicable bonding requirements and have experience with demolition and related work. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Office at 2549 Washington Blvd., Ogden, UT. Late bids will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject bids in the best interest of the City.
