A pre-bid conference is not planned at this time. Perspective bidders are welcome to schedule a time if they would like to visit the site in person at 530 South Blvd, Dutch John, Utah 84023. In summary the project includes: Demolition of interior walls, ceilings, finishes and insulation to structural framing, saw cut floor for new plumbing drains, new water and sewer lateral connections, interior and exterior wall framing, new plumbing & on-demand water heater, new electrical, insulation, ceiling and wall and floor finishes, mechanical ductwork, lighting, cabinets & millwork, new plumbing fixtures, exterior vinyl siding, and all other associated items typical with remodel and renovation work and items shown and noted in the project drawings. The scope of work is for the Town of Dutch John - Community Center Remodel. The Issuing Office for the bidding documents is the Town of Dutch John. Bidders are instructed that questions are due by 4/11/2026 no later than 4pm MT to Allen Parker at aparker@dutchjohn.gov.
