Renovation of an educational facility in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits required to repair loose, delaminated, cracked, and structurally compromised concrete ramp and its components. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project site. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to cure any non-material oversight, to withhold award for a period of sixty days, and to award the bid in the best interest of Lehigh Carbon Community College as judged by the Board of Trustees. All bidding documents will be available online at no cost via PennBid Program beginning at 12 noon on April 1, 2026. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
