Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Wilmington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

CPFUA currently operates and monitors 20 wells to supply water to the Richardson Water Treatment Plant. Each well head is covered with a fiberglass building that provides protection from weather and unwanted intrusion. The fiberglass buildings need to be removed and replaced/upgraded. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at a wellsite with one of the buildings to be updated at Well G at 7564 Plantation Rd, Wilmington, NC 28411. A representative must attend the pre-bid conference for their bid to be considered. Questions will be received until April 24, 2026 at 2:00pm and must be emailed to bids@cfpua.org.
