Electronic bids are requested for the IU 20192159 - BL000A Site Woodlawn Stormwater Collection System (Rail Road) project for The Trustees of Indiana University. A unified bid covering all work in the project--including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction--is required. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the specified online plan room platform, with registration and sign-in mandatory. Bid proposals must be consistent with the Bidding Documents, which are available for review and purchase. Required with each bid are: a completed Minority, Women's, and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan; bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount; and a written drug testing program in compliance with state regulations. All bids are subject to review, and the Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or waive irregularities. Incomplete bids--those lacking required documentation--may be rejected. Bids may be held for specified periods before contracts are awarded or alternates incorporated. If a successful bidder withdraws or fails to execute a contract within ten days of acceptance, the bid security may be forfeited.
