Roof Replacement project . The project will include but is not limited to the replacement of the existing gutters, downspouts and asphalt shingle roofing. This project is funded with Community Development Block Grant funds by the City of Bloomington through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Contractors and sub-contractors will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations, codes and requirements. This project will comply with Davis Bacon Wage Determination. Bids may be held by LIFEDesigns/DSI, Inc. for a period not to exceed (60) days from the date of the opening of bids, for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidder prior to awarding the Contract. No bid shall be withdrawn during this period without the consent of LIFEDesigns/DSI, Inc.
