This project consists of the demolition, modification, and renovation of an existing cafe area within the main station, as well as a general office refresh on the second floor. Work includes selective demolition, electrical and plumbing modifications, finishes, ceiling tile replacements, lighting upgrades, painting, installation of new fixtures and equipment, furniture removal, flooring replacement, and the addition of low voltage/data and phone cables to support new modular cubicle furniture. All work is to be done at 425 S. Harbor Blvd., Anaheim, CA 92805. For the cafe area, scope includes removal and relocation of appliances, demolition of soffits and pony walls, capping of plumbing, installation of new electrical circuits and outlets, new LED lighting fixtures, wall repairs and painting, new ceiling tiles, installation of luxury vinyl tile flooring, new stainless steel sink and fixtures, and installation of FRP wall panels. For the second floor offices, scope includes demolition and removal of existing cubicle furniture, wall repairs and painting, new carpet and baseboards, ceiling work, upgraded lighting controls, additional outlets, and new data drops for cubicle furniture. Due to the facility's nature, all workers are subject to LiveScan and background checks. Work hours are to be from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Upon completion, areas must be cleaned, and all debris removed. The contractor must coordinate inspections and provide all cut sheets and warranties upon completion.
