Parking lot paving at 11601 South Pulaski Road and 11555 South Mayfield Avenue both in Alsip, IL 60803 consisting of full depth pavement removal, HMA removal, driveway and sidewalk removal, tree, curb, brick paver and light foundation removal; geo-grid, aggregate base, HMA binder, HMA surface, PCC pavement, PCC driveway, PCC sidewalk, curb and light pole foundation relocation; storm sewer installation, pavement striping, parkway restoration and all other appurtenances needed to make a complete and restored project. Bids received from contractors who are not in the Bidder's Planholder List will be rejected. All Proposals must be accompanied by a Bank Cashier's Check, Bank Draft, Certified Check, or Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, or as provided in the applicable sections of the "Standard Specifications". No Bid may be withdrawn after opening of Proposals without the consent of the Owner for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled time of opening of Bids. The Contractor will be required to furnish a labor and material "Performance Bond" in the full amount of the Contract. The Contractor will be required to pay Prevailing Wages in accordance with all applicable laws. This Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder considering conformity with the terms and conditions established by the Township in the Proposal and Contract documents. The issuance of Plans and Proposal forms for bidding based upon a pre-qualification rating shall not be the sole determinant of responsibility. The Township reserves the right to determine responsibility at the time of award, to reject any and all Proposals, to readvertise the proposed improvements, and to waive technicalities.
