FY26-CP-E02 Pleasant Hill Road Drainage Repairs Project. The project consists of demolition of an existing damaged reinforced concrete box culvert inlet wingwall, construction of a new reinforced concrete box culvert inlet wingwall, and construction of a new reinforced concrete inlet apron. The work will include dewatering operations, grading and earthwork operations, demolition of existing reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete construction, traffic control work, and erosion control work. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required to be submitted with the bid. If the contract is awarded, the successful bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds in the amount of the contract. Sureties for bid bonds, payment bonds, and performance bonds must be good and solvent sureties licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and must be on the U.S. Treasury Departments list of approved sureties in Circular 570 The project location is along Pleasant Hill Road approximately 220 feet south of its intersection with Old Moore Road near latitude 32.576122, longitude -81.965354. The project shall commence immediately after the County's issuance of the notice to proceed. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the work and certification of same no later than Ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed is issued and shall achieve Final Acceptance of the work and certification of same no later than One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days after the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed is issued.
