Sealed bids are requested for the FY 2025 NJDOT Municipal Aid Program Resurfacing of Gloucester Avenue project in the Borough of Magnolia, Camden County, New Jersey. Bids must be submitted on forms provided, enclosed in sealed envelopes, and addressed appropriately. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but not exceeding $20,000 of the bid amount, along with a certificate letter from a surety company for the completion bond, must accompany each bid. The award is subject to necessary funds being provided lawfully by the Borough and securing all required permits. Bidders must comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Affirmative Action, Americans with Disabilities Act, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, Disclosure Statement, Business Registration Act, and the New Jersey “Pay-To-Play” Law. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and make awards to the lowest responsible bidder or as determined in its best interest. Instructions direct bidders to obtain documents from Bach Associates, PC, with payment required prior to receipt, and prohibit dropping bids at the engineer's office.
