Site work for a water / sewer project in Hillsboro, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the installation of approximately 12,500 linear feet of 20-inch ductile iron water main and 5,000 linear feet of 24-inch ductile iron water main. Work also includes but is not limited to fire hydrant assemblies, air relief/vacuum valve assemblies, butterfly valves, service transfers, road crossings, creek crossings, gas line crossings, driveway surface repairs, fencing resets, storm drain resets, disinfection and testing of installed water line, connection to existing system, and all associated appurtenances for water system reinforcements in Lawrence County, Alabama. All qualified bidders are invited to submit a sealed bid for this project. Bids must be received by the specified time and date; late bids will not be opened. Bid documents are available to general contractors and bidders at the specified website, and may be viewed at the engineer's office or online. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure the email is received. Submit questions not less than five days before the date set for receipt of Bids.
