Sealed bids are invited for the supply of polymer for the City of North Ridgeville. Bids must follow the provided specifications and use the forms available from the French Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bidders must submit a bid guaranty, either as a bond for the full amount of the bid or a check or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid. Bids should be clearly marked “POLYMER.” Any variations or exceptions to the bid conditions and specifications must be listed on a separate sheet labeled "EXCEPTIONS TO BID CONDITIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS" and attached to the bid. Each bid must include the full names of all involved parties and evidence of experience on similar projects, including project names, owners, locations, and descriptions. The successful bidder must provide a Supply Contract Bond as specified. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive variations or irregularities, and accept the lowest and best bid. Bidders must purchase the bid specifications at a non-refundable fee.
