Site work for a water / sewer project in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes the rehabilitation of approximately 8,400 linear feet of UV liner (8" - 15") replacement of approximately 70 sewer laterals, sealing of joints, and cured-in-place short lining. Hencler, P.E. at Richard@GeremiaEngineering.com The successful Bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, in the specific formats as attached herein, both for the full value of the Bid Price, along with all required insurance certificates, within fifteen (15) calendar days after the award date in order to execute a Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within one hundred twenty (120) after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bid. The Town of East Greenwich acting through its Town Manager reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive defects in the same or to accept any Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of East Greenwich. ** Bid date info :ALL BIDS (AND BID ATTACHMENTS) MUST BE SUBMITTED IN TRIPLICATE AND CLEARLY MARKED: (Sealed Bid) SEWER SYSTEM REHABILITATION (MAIN STREET AND HUNTS RIVER INTERCEPTORS) Bids must be enclosed in an opaque envelope addressed to Town Clerk, Town Hall, 125 Main St., East Greenwich, Rhode Island 02818 bearing the name and address of the Bidder.
