Work includes demolition of existing site features, erosion and sedimentation controls, tree protection fence and construction fence, earthwork and fine grading, concrete paving, permeable pavers, retaining wall, barrier rail, traffic markings, site furnishings, signage, seeding, trees, shrubs, and ground cover planting. The Contractor shall coordinate this work with work performed by others, as indicated in the contract documents. Bids must be submitted on the forms furnished and enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder, addressed appropriately and plainly marked for the project. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to submit a 100% performance bond, a 100% labor and materials payment bond, and a 10% maintenance bond. Bidders must be properly licensed under applicable laws and be able to obtain required insurance and bonds. Insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner will be required of the successful bidder. Bid documents are available through Accu-Copy Reprographics at specified locations or through their online plan room. Prospective bidders must complete a Bid Registration Form and submit a non-refundable deposit. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion and to waive informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days following the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
