Sealed proposals will be received for the following items: 1000 tons of 1B Antiskid Sandstone, 1000 tons of 1B Limestone, 200 tons of 2RC, and 25 tons of 2A. All quantities are approximate. All items must meet PennDot specifications and be delivered to the specified township garage by the required date. Bidders must use the forms provided, and the bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond amounting to 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Liquidated damages will apply. For delivery times, contact the designated roadmaster. The inclusion of all relevant documentation and compliance with all instructions as specified is required.
