Florence One Schools is seeking qualified contractors to provide commercial painting services on an as-needed basis at multiple school and district facilities. Services include, but are not limited to: interior and exterior painting; surface preparation (scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming); minor drywall and surface repairs; application of coatings, sealants, and specialty finishes; pressure washing and cleaning of surfaces; touch-up and maintenance painting; and protection of adjacent surfaces and cleanup. The contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform the work. Offers will be received from qualified, properly licensed vendors and opened by the owner at the specified time and location. Bids received after the specified time will be rejected.
