Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lomira, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and road / highway.

Sealed bids are requested for the following 2026 road projects: Water Street Road (.6 mi.) from Breitag Road to State Road 175: - Pulverize, fine grade, water and compact - Pave 2.5 in. compacted hot mix asphalt 19-20 ft. in one lift - Bids must include cost for pulverizing, compacting, and grading, as well as quantity, unit cost, and total cost for hot mix asphalt - Paving must be completed by October 1, 2026, with final payment in December 2026 Rolling Drive (1.8 mi.): - Chip sealing - Bid must include a price for both single seal over hard surface with 3/8 in. limestone chip cover aggregate and single seal over hard surface with 3/8 in. black granite chip cover aggregate Contractors must supply all labor, material, traffic control signage, and proof of insurance. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Town of Lomira.
