36C25026B0026_A00003 552-20-101, 36C25026B0023_1 The work consists of renovating approximately 13,000 square feet of space on the sixth floor south of the main tower to support an Inpatient Mental Health clinic. The renovation will convert existing double-occupancy rooms into private patient rooms with private bathrooms and will address infrastructure deficiencies by upgrading HVAC and other mechanical systems, correcting facility condition assessment items, upgrading information technology access, and enhancing overall safety for patients and staff. The project also includes construction and renovation of staff offices, storage areas, public areas, restrooms, and quiet rooms as required. All labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the renovation shall be provided, and all work must be performed in strict accordance with the project statement of work, specifications, and drawings, with close coordination with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative. All work is required to be completed within 245 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Location: Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 W.
