Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes furnishing all labor and materials necessary for the construction of epoxy pavement markings, including 6-inch and 24-inch white epoxy crosswalks, 4-inch white and yellow epoxy, 8-inch white epoxy channel, 18-inch by 24-inch stop bar, turn arrows, words "ONLY," and other incidental items necessary to complete the work. Each bid must include the full name of every person or company interested and be accompanied by a contract and bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check for five percent (5%) of the bid, payable as a guarantee. The successful bidder must furnish Worker's Compensation and Liability Insurance as specified. The form for "Bidder's Proof of Responsibility" must be completed and returned to the Director of Engineering not less than five days prior to the bid opening. The City of Kenosha reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid considered most advantageous to the City.
