Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work required to expand and rehabilitate the terminal apron at Gallia-Meigs Regional Airport, Gallipolis, Ohio. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope including the Bidder's name and business address, Project name, and Airport name and location. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid bond of not less than five percent of the total Bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond, each equal to 100 percent of the Contract price, will be required for the successful Bidder. No Bid may be withdrawn for 60 calendar days after receipt. The project is subject to federal regulations and provisions, including but not limited to Buy American Preference, Civil Rights Title VI Assurances, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation, Foreign Trade Restrictions, Davis-Bacon Requirements, Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension Disclosure, Disclosure of Lobbying, and Procurement of Recovered Materials.
