Bryan County Rural Water, Sewer & Solid Waste Management District No. 2 is accepting bids for water and conduit pipeline materials and construction for a project located in Bryan County, OK. There are two contracts available: Contract No. 1 covers Ft. Washita Water System Improvements (New Materials) and includes supplying and delivery of, but not limited to, 24,300 ft of eight (8) inch HDPE DR 11, steel conduit, HDPE conduit, valves, hydrants, and miscellaneous related items associated with potable water, all in compliance with AWWA C901/C906 and NSF-61 standards. Contract No. 2 covers Ft. Washita Water System Improvements (Construction and Installation) and includes approximately 24,000 L.F. of eight (8) inch new HDPE waterline, 1,100 ft directional drill, valves, hydrants, 18,000 L.F. of 1.25 in conduit, and other appurtenances for a new waterline and conduit installation. Bidders must comply with Federal Labor Standards Provisions, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act, Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act, Certification of Non-Segregated Facilities, Equal Opportunity Provisions, Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise provisions, and assurances regarding surety companies. Bidders are required to submit a 5 percent bid bond with their bid, and awarded bidders for both contracts must submit Maintenance, Performance, and Statutory Bonds.
