Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fairview, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Sidewalk, ADA ramps, lighting, striping, stormwater, and other roadside improvements on NE 223rd Ave between NE Main and NE Lincoln St in Fairview. Bidders must complete and upload the following as individual attachments/uploads: - Bid Statement and acknowledgment of any addenda - Completed Bid Schedule with total amount in words - Signed Bid - Bid Bond submitted electronically The following documents may be submitted with the bid or through the Q&A Board by 4:00 pm on bid closing day upon request of the Agency: - Multnomah County Good Faith Effort Program Attachments 1 and 2 - State of Oregon First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form Bidders must be prequalified by ODOT in specified Class or Classes of Work as of the date bids are opened. For those not prequalified, an application or amendment must be submitted at least 10 days before Bid Opening and a copy sent to Multnomah County Purchasing with the bid. This project is funded by Multnomah County and subject to requirements including Oregon Prevailing Wage, Good Faith Effort Program, and Workforce Training & Hiring Program. Contractors must use responsible business practices such as route optimization, recycling and waste reduction, and inclusion of diverse suppliers whenever possible. All bids must be submitted through the sourcing event portal; paper bids are not accepted. Suppliers without portal access must complete the MMP Supplier Access Request Form at least 5 days before the sourcing event closes. All correspondence is electronic and suppliers are responsible for keeping contact information updated in the portal. Carefully review program documentation and bid security requirements. Mistakes may cause bids to be rejected as non-responsive. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $1,300,000 to $1,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Any bidder requiring clarification or protesting any of the Specifications must submit specific questions in writing electronically through the Sourcing Event Q&A Board at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the bid opening date
