Renovation of a multi-residential development in Marmaduke, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for HVAC unit replacements at Grandview Two. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing HVAC units and installation of new HVAC units. The project covers a total of twenty-nine (29) units at Grandview Two and includes all work necessary for the removal and installation of HVAC units. The general contractor is responsible for disposal of units as required. All bids must be submitted on forms provided, in duplicate, and in a sealed envelope with the contractor's name, address, project number, and bid date and time on the outside. Bidders are required to have an Arkansas Contractor's License. The following items must be included with each bid: signed bid form; a bid guarantee equal to five percent of the bid, which may be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, U.S. government bond endorsed to the MHA, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder; a Non-Collusive Affidavit (if over $50,000); a Previous Participation Certification (HUD-2530). The successful bidder must furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Bid for contracts exceeding $20,000.
