Site work for a water / sewer project in West Memphis, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of extending approximately 100 feet of 12-inch C900 PVC pipe under Southland Road, including boring and incasing where necessary under the road. All bidders must be licensed contractors authorized to perform the specified type of work as required by the State of Arkansas. A certified check or bank draft payable to the West Memphis Utility Commission, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent of the total bid, must be submitted with each bid. A minimum of three copies of the bid response is required: one original and two copies. The West Memphis Utility Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, with or without cause, and to accept the lowest bid per location as judged to be in its best interest.
