Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and doing the work of constructing the following improvements: install 9 high pressure gas valves with stopper fittings and bypass, replace 2 regulator stations, and replace fence. Bids are to be based on Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents available for inspection or procurement. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE on this project, with a contract time of 720 consecutive calendar days; liquidated damages will be assessed if the contract time is exceeded. Contractors may apply for an extension of time according to contract provisions, but such extensions must be approved prior to the contract completion date to avoid liquidated damages. Question Deadline 04/17/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
