Umatilla County is requesting proposals for the design and construction of an emergency vehicle storage facility located at 1740 E Airport Road, Hermiston, Oregon. The County seeks pricing for multiple configuration options in order to evaluate financial feasibility. The County reserves the right to select any option, combination of options, and negotiate scope adjustments consistent with available funding. Attendance at a mandatory site visit at 1740 E Airport Road, Hermiston, Oregon (former bus barn) is required for all proposers intending to submit a proposal. Proposals must be submitted by mail or courier by the deadline. Proposals received by facsimile or electronically are not acceptable.
